Three accountants, two hundred clients and one rule: you always know where your money went. We answer the phone, we send the report on the 10th and we never let a deadline sneak up on you.

Watch it happen

A month of receipts, sorted while you scroll.

This is what we do every month for every client. Keep scrolling and the shoebox empties itself into the ledger.

What we do

Four jobs. Done every month, on time.

01

Monthly bookkeeping

Every transaction categorized and every account reconciled by the 10th. You get a one-page report that says what you made, what you spent and what changed.

02

Business and personal tax

We prepare and file your business return and your personal one, so the two finally agree. Quarterly estimates go on the calendar the day we take you on.

03

Payroll and sales tax

Paychecks on time, filings on time and nobody in your office learning what a 941 is. We handle the deposits and the forms.

04

Catch-up and cleanup

Six months behind? Three years? We’ve seen worse. We rebuild the books from bank statements and get you current before the next deadline.

How it works

From first call to first report in two weeks.

1

A free 20-minute call

Tell us what you do, how you’re set up and what keeps you up at night. We’ll tell you what it costs before we hang up.

2

We take the shoebox

Paper, PDFs, a login to your bank. We sort it, set up the accounts and fix anything that was filed wrong.

3

Your first report

On the 10th you get one page: money in, money out and what to set aside for taxes. Then it happens every month.

Meet Ruth

Ruth Whitcombe still reads every report before it goes out.

She opened the office in 1998 with one client, a florist, who still sends tulips every April 15th.

Ruth spent nine years at a big firm in the city, where clients met a different junior accountant every spring. She came home to Calder Falls to do it the other way: the same people on your books every year, a phone that gets answered and plain English in every email.

The calendar

Every deadline, circled in advance.

We watch these so you don’t have to. Here’s the next one.

Next deadline: January 15, fourth-quarter estimated taxes

In their words

“I handed Ruth a shoebox in February and a laptop with three years of nothing in it. By April I had a filed return and a refund I didn’t know I was owed.”
